Room was clean, and everyone was friendly. The only minor hitch was that the cleaning staff still tried to enter the room, even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. But, extra pillows were available from the front desk, if asked. So that was nice.
Came to McAllen today, place to stay? No one can beat this one, nice, clean, well located close to a Burger King and Valero gas station. Has a coin laundry, and all you need enside the rooms. Employees really are kind, Ana housekeeper and Ruben in the frontdesk excellents. The owner as well. Os highly recommended.
Everything was clean and the room is big, but I've felt like I was in an old room, not only for the building but also for towels, bath curtains, etc. Front desk was very helpful.
Wonderful place to stay owner very helpful clean clothes to everything 5 minutes from Mexico 5 minutes from the airport wonderful food in authentic shops nearby. An hour from South Padre
The staff was very nice, very helpful and very attentive. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the jetted tub and it was amazing! The light switch behind the microwave changes the colors around the tub and it was so pretty and so relaxing and the jets work beautifully. The only reason I removed one star is because when you look at the photos of the room online, it is fully furnished, but when we got there, there was literally only the bed and a TV and the fridge and microwave. No dresser or comfy chair or desk table or decor. I understand they may have been removed for cleaning or safety, but we had to leave all of our things packed in our bags and on the floor. The shower was great though, it was high pressured and got nice and hot and felt amazing. We will definitely be going back this summer when we visit family again.
The rooms were clean but smelled alittle like smoke for some reason.the breakfast was nice good variety of food good place
Very nice and clean! The wifi is incredibly slow. Location is far from where wanted but that was on us. Very well lit. Burger king and convenience store within walking distance. Very good water pressure!!
